  • 【基本情况】

        课题组主要从事我国传统中草药植物中具有重要生物活性和新颖结构天然化合物的发现研究工作。到目前为止,已经对数十种中草药或植物的化学成分进行了系统的分离分析,发现新化合物100多个,其中5个新颖碳骨架萜类化合物teuviscins A, euphorikanin A、crocrassin A, norcrassin A和eupulcherol A被天然产物权威评论杂志Natural Product Reports选为热点化合物。同时在药理活性方面,课题组开展了抗AD、抗肿瘤、抗菌、降糖等生物活性,特别是有关抗神经退行性疾病中药活性成分的发现及其作用机制的研究。已经发表60多篇SCI论文,包括Organic Letters, Organic Chemistry Frontiers, Journal of Natural Products, Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry, RSC Advances, Fitoterapia, Planta Medica, Tetrahedron Letters, Phytochemistry Letters等。现为教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心通讯评议专家,国家自然科学基金通讯评议专家,同时担任多个SCI杂志的审稿人。
